In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of your purchase. Exchanges and returns must be processed through email - fawnandfaithclothing@gmail.com

In the email please include your name, order number, and a detailed note of why you are requesting an exchange or return.


RETURNS

Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy.

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the original form of payment or store credit.

  • We must receive your return within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 

  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

How will I receive my store credit? 

Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return.

Can I make a return past the 30 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept anything past the 30 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a shipping charge to have the items sent back.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable. No exceptions.

  • Bibs

  • All bows

  • All beanies

  • All teethers

  • All hats

  • Sunglasses

  • Socks

  • Sale items

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.  

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
